Lake District, UK
Perfect weather welcomed riders taking part in the NABD Summer Ride-Out, one of the most scenic events of the year. Participants travelled through lakefront roads, forest passes, and spectacular mountain views while raising funds to support disabled motorcyclists.
Riders enjoyed a relaxed pace and plenty of scheduled stops, allowing time for photographs, refreshments, and friendly conversations among familiar faces and newcomers alike. For many attendees, the ride is an annual tradition — a highlight of their summer calendar.
“It’s not just a ride; it’s a reminder of why we support this charity,” said a volunteer marshal.
“NABD changes lives, and these ride-outs help make that possible.”
The event ended at a lakeside venue with food stands, charity stalls and live acoustic music, bringing the day to a warm and social close.
