If you require a printed version of the Adaptation Grant Application Pack sending to you via the post:

If you are a member of the NABD, call the NABD office on 0161 749 7050 or email office@thenabd.org.uk and we will send you a printed pack through the post free of charge.

If you are not a member of the NABD, you will need to contact the NABD office on 0161 749 7050 and make a card payment of £5.00 to cover printing and postage.
